Every STORYLINE body oil and lotion begins long before fragrance is added.

Rather than relying on a pre-made base, every formulation begins with a proprietary blend crafted from scratch. Each ingredient is selected with intention because we believe the foundation should be as thoughtfully designed as the fragrance it carries.

Like every great story, every great formulation has a leading role.

For us, those leading roles belong to grapeseed oil and plant-derived squalane.

Grapeseed oil provides a lightweight, fast-absorbing foundation rich in linoleic acid and naturally occurring vitamin E, while olive-derived squalane helps support the skin's moisture barrier, reduce transepidermal water loss (TEWL), and deliver an elegant, non-greasy finish.

Supporting these foundational oils are argan oil, jojoba oil, fractionated coconut oil, and tocopherol (vitamin E). Together, they provide essential fatty acids and antioxidants that help nourish the skin, enhance moisture retention, improve spreadability, and contribute to the overall stability of the formulation.
